Ideal for fine, short, and/or thinning hair, fusion extensions are attached to the natural hair with the use of a keratin bond. The bonds are so minuscule and light that they are virtually invisible and non-damaging. We use this method on very fine hair to add fullness. It can also be used to correct broken hair from chemical damage or and lengthen the shortest haircuts (hair must be at least 4”). Fusion is an excellent option for chemotherapy patients looking to enjoy thicker-longer hair much faster. This is the most inconspicuous, longest lasting extension method, with bonds lasting up to 4 months. Fusion cannot be reinstalled. Installations for hair purchased outside of the salon are subject to a $30 additonal cost per pack (25 bonds).
